We strive to minimize our environmental impact through responsible resource use, waste reduction, and sustainable practices. BlurrFit, in particular, is committed to advancing sustainable fabric initiatives across its product lines.
10. Whistleblower Protection
Employees who report suspected violations of this policy in good faith are protected from retaliation. Reports can be submitted to management, HR, or our designated compliance officer at hello@ventnext.com.
11. Policy Enforcement
Violations of this Company Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or business relationships. VentNext reserves the right to update this policy at any time, with changes communicated to all relevant parties.
